About the conference

"More Than Just Learning" is a leading conference on L&D (Learning and Development) in Russia organized by Sberbank Corporate University together with the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) with the participation of Sberbank's Charitable Foundation "Investment to the Future".

This year, the conference will focus on the development of digital skills.

Leading world and Russian experts in HR training and development will discuss the global challenges of digital skills development, the competence models for the digital economy in the context of lifelong learning, the new role of instructors in teaching digital skills, the training of IT professionals in new digital technologies, advanced learning techniques, and the evolving balance of digital, professional and soft skills in the process of learning.

Valery Katkalo
Sberbank Corporate University
The technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are based on the digitalization not only of the products and processes, but also of the people behavior at work and beyond it. We consider digital skills to be a "third cluster", which is no less significant than the cluster of professional and soft skills. The novelty, diversityand requisite speed of digital skills development pose a number of new challenges for education both at classical and corporate universities – from choosing the methods of content formation and priority learning technologies to discussing the very need for teachers and their role in the learning process.
